MAP works with the main artificial lift methods, regardless of the automation scheme adopted. We monitor wells of Sucker-rod pumping, Progressive cavity pumping, Submersible centrifugal pumping, Plunger lift, Continuous and intermittent gas lift, Pig lift, Injection wells and Water harvesting wells. All this and more.
We work with the main well device controllers in the market, Brazilian or imported. If there is new device controller available, we quickly adapt with no additional charges, ensuring that the operator has independence and flexibility when choosing the best solution for their wells. In situations like that, the RN Tecnologia's experience makes all the difference, we can indicate the best cast-benefit services, robustness and the equipment with the best maintenance in the local market.
The MAP system gather multiple variables from the process, production tests, equipment installed in the well, variables from analisys and data from corporate systems. This integration promotes better results and faster decisions.
In addition to monitoring wells, the MAP has several analysis tools. Among them: calculation of downhole dynamometric cards with estimation of level, effective stroke and submergence; Analysis of the history of dynamometric cards; Counterweight balancing simulation of pumping units; Mechanical pump dynamometric cards simulator; Analysis of stroke top adjustment in mechanical pumping controllers with rods. Where this is a monitoring system alreadyset-up, we do only the data migration. Where it does not exist an active monitoring system, we do the initial well load. In both cases, we guarantee a testing and small training environment available.
In this step, we are responsible for making the MAP deployment. In addition, we monitor and evaluate the first data collected during the first days of operation.
